With reference to your letter No.D.430 of

the 14th July, 1922, I am directed to inform you that the plan forwarded in my letter of the 29th June, 1922, is the correct plan to accompany the Memorandum of Exchange of land at the Arsenal Yard and that the Eastern Boundary of the Admiralty Property as indicated thereon will coincide with the line of the new road.

It would appear that measurements have been taken at the Admiraly from the 200 feet to 1 inch plan which accompanied Ordinance No.17 of 1921 and compared with the measurements of the 80 feet to 1 inch plan which

accompanies the Memorandum. The former small scale plan is

only intended to illustrate the Ordinance and cannot be

taken as indicating in accurate detail either the areas to

be exchanged with the Admiralty or those to be allotted to

participators in the Scheme. The correct plan is on the

scale of 80 feet to 1 inch and is attached to the Memorandum

of Exchange.

With reference to paragraph 3 of your letter
